Duties
- Evaluate and recommend periodic revisions to the Municipal Code.
- Evaluate and recommend periodic revisions to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
- Evaluate and recommend periodic revisions to the City’s Design Guidelines (7.7MB pdf).
- Manage neighborhood development (pdf) and redevelopment activities.
- Manage other long term planning activities than those listed in points 1, 2, 3 and 4,
- Guide and Manage Zoning, Special Use Permit, Sign Permit, and other similar applications.
- Guide and Manage Plan Review and Design Guideline review applications.
- Manage other current planning activities than those listed in points 7 and 8.
