Mission Police Department will host its first Citizens Police
Academy starting Monday,

an overview of the activities of Mission Police Officers, and to offer the

shifts. Participants will get to experience some of our training first
hand, including firearms, defensive tactics, and more?

academy will meet weekly on Monday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 pm for eight
consecutive weeks. The academy is open to any Johnson
County citizen (21 years of age or
